Volunteer Opportunity: Join the Melgund Recreation Committee!

The Local Services Board of Melgund is excited to announce that in 2026 it will be forming a Recreation Committee! This is a wonderful opportunity for residents to get involved, help shape community activities, and make a real difference in the social and recreational life of our township.

The Recreation Committee will work to plan, organize, and support local events and programs, such as community games nights, seasonal celebrations, arts and cultural activities, outdoor programs, and other initiatives that bring people together. Committee members help ensure that activities are inclusive, enjoyable, and meet the needs of our community.

The LSB encourages all residents who are interested in volunteering, sharing ideas, or simply helping out with events to express their interest. For more information, please contact any member of the Local Services Board or e-mail us at melgundlsb@gmail.com.

Come be part of building a vibrant, connected, and active Melgund Township!
