Climate Action and Participatory Research
A core focus of this initiative is climate action programming in Northern Ontario supported through arts-based and participatory research methods. Participants explore environmental change, seasonal land use, and local ecosystems through creative practice and community knowledge-sharing.
This approach builds a deeper understanding of climate resilience in rural and remote communities, while supporting locally relevant responses to environmental and sustainability challenges across Northwestern Ontario.
