A blizzard of impossible, suffocating intensity scours a barren landscape of skeletal trees and deep snow. An old, forgotten cabin sits half-buried, its windows like vacant eyes. Inside, the only light is a struggling fire, casting long, dancing shadows that seem to drink the warmth from the room, while a profound, unnatural cold seeps through the walls.

The interior of an old, winter-bound house, cold and shadowed, a stark contrast to the blizzard outside. The air is still, heavy with dampness and the faint scent of old wood.
